Warranty and Return Policy:



Abuse, wear, tear and non-conformance to these instructions do not constitute a warrantable condition. Zippers will not split unless placed under excessive pressure i.e. jumping on your Kloud Nine bag.

Two year lifetime guarantee that the foam will not compress of flatten – just fluff it up. Warranty does not cover damage to canvas bag or cover if the cloth or zipper are damaged or ripped due to lack of customer care or abuse, no returns on special or one off order covers.

All delivery charges are non-refundable once the product has been shipped. Always keep your receipt as it is necessary for returns. Please choose carefully, Kloud Nine does not offer refunds on any purchases. We gladly exchange on incorrect purchases in the original condition within 14 days of purchase date with proof or receipt. 2 year lifetime warranty is given on outer cover seams and zip, bags will be replaced upon inspection.  2 year lifetime warranty given on the inner bag seams and zip.

 

Warnings:

Never leave a child unattended around the bag, or allow a child to lay under a bag! This can cause serious or fatal injuries. Do not jump on the bag; Do not lie under the bag. This product is not a flotation device. Flammable keep away from severe heat or fire. Improper use of this product in this and other ways may also cause injury or death and will void your warranty. Do not eat the Kloud Nine bag foam, or attempt to climb inside your Kloud Nine bag.  Failure to keep your Kloud Nine bag fluffed or follow any of the above warnings will void your product warranty.
